PARRM: Period-based Artifact Reconstruction and Removal Method

Here, we developed a novel method, termed Period-based Artifact Reconstruction and Removal Method (PARRM), to remove stimulation artifacts from neural recordings by leveraging the exact period of stimulation to construct and subtract a high-fidelity template of the artifact.

OpenMind Github Repositories

Our goal is to provide investigators with critical elements to the launch of their own clinical studies – A "turnkey” user interface to get started, a library of more sophisticated, open source software elements for neural sensing at home paired with peripheral monitors.

LabSYNC

The labSYNC system provides an Analog Discovery2-compatible base station for the delivery of synchronization signals to multiple recording devices. Additionally, firmware for an Arduino Nano is provided, which generates a timecode-like signal. This signal is unique per day, encoding the current up-time of the Arduino and rolling over after 24 hours. Matlab code to extract the up-time from the encoded datastream is provided.
